Mark has extensive experience teaching Statistics, Data Mining (Modelling and Segmentation algorithms), and CRM related subjects. He has completed successful projects for:

Mark worked as a SAS programmer for a Pharmaceutical company followed by five years at Software Company SAS. There he helped customers to better understand their data and turn it into information for business advantage. His variety of roles at SAS included customer training, on-site consultancy and pre-sales activities, all of which involved interaction with customers and assisting them with their technical or business objectives.
His experience of data-driven analysis and business consultancy in a marketing environment allows Mark to derive strategies and methodologies for clients enabling them to identify, develop and implement profitable solutions for a variety of business challenges.
